The Left’s Culture of Death.
Communism, the “utopia” of the Left is entirely based around death. Dictator/Supreme Soviet Josef Stalin in the USSR instituted the Great Purges which killed 30 million people through show trials, mass famines, and plain old executions. Only a mass-murdering evil crackpot could institute a prison system so bad that it’s name Gulag is well known even in America to this day. In the USSR everything was ordered from the top levels to the lowliest Soviet serf.

Collectivisation
Stalin’s regime moved to force collectivisation of agriculture. The theory behind collectivisation was that it would replace the small-scale un-mechanised and inefficient farms with large-scale mechanised farms that would produce food far more efficiently.Collectivisation meant drastic social changes, on a scale not seen since the abolition of serfdom in 1861, and alienation from control of the land and its produce. Collectivisation also meant a drastic drop in living standards for many peasants, and it faced widespread and often violent resistance among the peasantry.
In the first years of collectivisation, it was estimated that industrial and agricultural production would rise by 200% and 50%[4], respectively, however, agricultural production actually dropped. Stalin blamed this unexpected drop on kulaks (rich peasants), who resisted collectivisation. Therefore those defined as “kulaks”, “kulak helpers” and later “ex-kulaks” were to be shot, placed into Gulag labor camps or deported to remote areas of the country, depending on the charge.
A similar thing can be written about Red China’s policies during Mao Zedung and the “Great Leap Forward”, forced family planning through fines and imprisonment. Red China is another darling of the left, although you’re more likely to see a moron with a “CCCP” or “USSR” tshirt than a Red China shirt.
Socialist Europe’s love of death isn’t as public as with stronger Communist nations like China, and the Soviet Union. Currently only the Netherlands has a legal policy for letting someone kill themselves off in a hospital, otherwise known as “euthanasia”.
As recently as December 2004 a hospital in the Nederlands was killing of babies that had “quality of life” issues News Max story here. Europe and Canada are also well known for cradle to grave healthcare and everything else. A government that controls your healthcare also controls your very life and death, whether you are sick or you are well and there is nothing you can do about it. Europe also has a lax attitude towards drugs and other vices all in the name of “doing what feels right”.
Barry Goldwater was right when he said, “Remember that a government big enough to give you everything you want is also big enough to take away everything you have.”
Canada’s problems are similar to Socialist Europe, and their only saving grace is that they are bordering these united States of America which are propping them through free trade. Canada doesn’t have enough population in dense enough areas to support the Robin Hood style government of Socialist/Communism that it currently has.
The left supports gun control which is nothing more than about takeing the responsibility of self-defense from the people to the government which in turn gives crimainals free reign over everyone. Left supports abortion nearly up until birth and sometimes promotes post-birth abortions called euthanasia. Yet those same nations are against giving death penalty punishment to mass murderers because it infringes the rights of the same lunatics who ended the right to life of others.
Left promotes and idolises mass murderers behind closed doors if not openly with some figures (Che, Fidel, Saddam, Mao, NKorea, etc) the same people that claim to be for supporting human rights are quicker to anger for what America has done to kick out Saddam and his ghouls than to yell and scream when Saddam was gassing his own people, rape rooms, torture, etc. Somehow a posh prision in Cuba called Camp Gitmo is equal to the gas chambers of Nazi Germany and the mass executions of Cambodia’s Pol Pot.
When was the last time a right-leaning free market capitalist nation instituted a mass execution scare to prop up the government? Or the last time non-violent political opponents were shoved off to prison for speaking their mind against the government? You can’t because it doesn’t happen.
Capitalism and free markets have a self interest to promote the well being of it’s citizens through their own decisions, while socialism and communism is all about a government overlord ordering everyone around to do its bidding.
